TAP Net Install
A safety net TAP (tension access platform) installation. This type of safety net has a 45mm mesh size and combined with tensioned straps give a tensioned system.
How it works
A safety net TAP (tension access platform) installation. Used for a walk on tensioned netting system that has tensioned straps weaved through the 45mm mesh safety net. It can be installed onsite to keep the deflection of the nets to a minimum because of the plant/walkways already in situ before the roof was put on.
When is it used?
This type of safety net installation can be unitised when clearance below the safety nets is minimal, ie if machinery is placed within the building before the roof goes on or in refurbishments. This will reduce the deflection.
